Scott Webber



Scott Webber is the President of LIV Sotheby's International Realty. The firm includes 15 sales offices, and over 400 broker and support staff associates serving some of Colorado's best-known luxury markets in metropolitan Denver, Boulder, Evergreen, Castle Pines, and the famous resort markets of Breckenridge, Beaver Creek and the Vail Valley. A third generation, 40-year real estate sales and brokerage management veteran, Scott is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operations, and closely involved in many large transactions of the business. His professional, experienced team includes the area's top producing luxury brokers who successfully transact over $3.5 billion of Colorado's real estate annually.

Scott's successful career includes 20 years with Coldwell Banker Real Estate where he built, and was President, of a 26-office residential and commercial company operating in greater Denver, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. He also served as Senior Vice President of NRT, Incorporated, the largest real estate brokerage company in the industry. He is a past president of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, a past director to the National Association of Realtors, and holds the GRI, CRS and CRB professional designations. He is a graduate of the University of Utah, a member of the World Presidents Organization, and a representative of the exclusive Board of Regents for Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.

He affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty in 2008, when he acquired the Park City, Utah, firm Lewis, Wolcott and Dornbush. Today it operates as Summit Sotheby's International Realty with 6 sales offices, and 200 sales and support staff associates serving Park City, Deer Valley and Salt Lake City, Utah. Later that year he entered the Denver, Colorado market with the acquisition of Fuller Towne & Country Properties known today as LIV Sotheby's International Realty. His firm entered the Lake Tahoe, Nevada and California market in 2011 and operates as Sierra Sotheby's International Realty with 10 sales offices, and 130 sales and support staff associates. The combined companies close over $6 billion a year in luxury real estate.

Scott is a father, grandfather, an avid alpine skier, golfer, private pilot and Socata TBM aircraft owner, and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He speaks fluent German, travels frequently to Switzerland, Austria, Scotland and Maui, and enjoys rock and roll music with a unique appreciation for U2.

Dierk Herbermann

EVP and General Counsel, Majestic Realty


Dierk Herbermann is Executive Vice President & General Counsel of Majestic Realty, which owns and operates LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty and Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. LIV Sotheby's International Realty serves Denver, Boulder, Vail and Breckenridge, Colorado, and Ventura, California. Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty serves Lake Tahoe, California and Nevada, and Reno, Nevada. Summit Sotheby’s International Realty serves Park City, Salt Lake City and St. George, Utah.

Dierk brings a wealth of experience as former General Manager and Counsel for two leading real estate brokerages in the San Francisco Bay Area and will assist the existing management team in spearheading Majestic's next phase of growth. Most recently, he was instrumental in helping Paragon Real Estate Group become the #1 broker in San Francisco in 2017.

Prior to his management roles, Dierk was a top agent earning multiple sales awards. This experience allowed him to develop successful offices and sales teams from an agent focused perspective. As a true blue Michigan football fan (he’s an Ann Arbor native), Dierk believes strongly in the virtues of “the team.” Dierk says, “Real estate is the ultimate team sport. I thrive on working with agents and managers to help them succeed. Bringing out their confidence and success drives me.” He is an avid soccer player, skier and triathlete. Dierk has three lovely daughters that make him proud, daily.

Dierk began his career as the sales, licensing and real estate counsel for Autodesk, Inc. in Marin county. Dierk worked as general counsel and business development director for two software start-ups prior to starting his own practice focused on emerging companies. Dierk graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in History. He then earned his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Steven Kirby

Executive Vice President, Financial Officer


Steven Kirby is Executive Vice President & Financial Officer of Majestic Realty, which owns and operates LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty and Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. LIV Sotheby's International Realty serves Denver, Boulder, Vail and Breckenridge, Colorado, and Ventura, California. Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty serves Lake Tahoe, California and Nevada, and Reno, Nevada. Summit Sotheby’s International Realty serves Park City, Salt Lake City and St. George, Utah.

Over nearly two decades of real estate finance, private equity, and capital markets experience, including leadership roles at Black Creek Capital and Wells Fargo Private Bank, Steven’s robust track record includes aggregate real estate transactions closed of more than $10 billion. Spanning organizations and economic cycles, Mr. Kirby has cultivated a reputation for efficient growth as an accountable, effective, and authentic leader.

Born and raised in Western Montana, Steven has a strong understanding of luxury properties across resort, urban and bucolic locations. Mr. Kirby earned a B.S. degree from Minot State University, graduating as Co-Valedictorian, Academic All-American, Outstanding Graduating Senior, and Varsity Captain of the National Championship-winning Cross Country team. He subsequently earned an MBA with Highest Honors from the University of Colorado as the recipient of the Leadership and Excellence Award. He has been featured in The Denver Business Journal, U.S. News and World Report and the Wall Street Journal, and is a past board member of the NAIOP Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge. Steven and his wife have three young boys and are active in the Denver community.

Pat Rothman

Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration


Pat Rothman, Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, has been involved in the financial management of high-end residential real estate brokerages for more than two decades. Prior to that, she managed business operations for a medical practice in Jackson, Wyoming, and a surgical center in Evergreen, Colorado. She also co-founded a medical marketing firm and a company that provided accounting services to small businesses. Her lengthy experience serving both internal and external customers on sensitive financial issues has earned her respect from colleagues and vendors alike. Pat had been handling the accounting duties for Denver’s Coldwell Banker Devonshire when she joined with several principles there who were founding Fuller Towne & Country Properties in 2001. She then managed all financial affairs for that prestigious 6-office firm covering metropolitan Denver, and moved into her current position when it was acquired in 2008 by Scott Webber and renamed LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. As the company has grown to include Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City, Utah, and Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and California, Pat now oversees all financial matters for the combined firms’ 28 offices and 700 broker and support staff associates.

Originally from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, suburbs, Pat moved to Denver in 1977. She and her husband currently live in Centennial and have two grown daughters — Anna, a veterinarian in Denver, and Melanie, an actor in New York. She spends as much of her spare time as possible in the gym, and also enjoys playing piano, cooking gourmet meals, and appreciating Colorado’s great outdoors.

Shannel Ryan

Managing Broker, Cherry Creek


Shannel Ryan, Senior Vice President, Managing Broker at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, has been involved in the marketing and operations management of Denver luxury residential real estate brokerages for more than 25 years.

A Denver native, Shannel started her real estate career after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science.

Years of intensive experience has afforded Shannel the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of running a successful brokerage. Prior to a recent office expansion, Shannel’s Cherry Creek operation supported 50 brokers and delivered approximately $400M in sales. The number of brokers has been increased while holding firm on hiring only experienced, high-volume professionals. In 2017 the Cherry Creek sales volume topped $800M with the entire firm posting $3.5B in volume. Additionally, the LIV affiliation has now earned a spot as the highest producing Sotheby’s International Realty in the world.

Shannel takes great pride in having implemented many innovative and successful real estate management and marketing strategies specifically designed to elevate the production of Sotheby’s International Realty brokers and provide a structure for a supportive and state-of-the-art environment for career development. Her deep roots in the Denver business community add to the portfolio of advantages she offers her team.

Civic minded with a dedication to service, Shannel is committed to organizations both big and small. Recent achievements include: The Hearts and Hope Gala for Epic Experience, Council of global metropolitan real estate markets, Denver Designer Showhouse, Red Cross International, Denver Metro Association of Realtors, Columbine High School Alumni Fund and Mullen High School Parent’s Association.

Shannel is a Colorado enthusiast. With many family members located in some of Colorado’s best small towns, Shannel, her husband Chris and their family enjoy everything from the quaint nature of Lake City to the bustling atmosphere of Aspen and Telluride during both the summer and winter months. While Saturday mornings are for golf, her true passions are her children, Emma and Jake.

Kristen Muller

Kristen Muller is Senior Vice President of Marketing at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. Specializing in marketing and branding, Kristen focuses her talents on the continued commitment to serve the needs and interests of luxury real estate buyers and sellers around the world. Kristen has worked for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand for six years in several different metropolitan and resort markets and utilizes her experience to guarantee that the very best marketing services are delivered to each and every client.

Born and raised in Telluride Colorado, Kristen has a keen understanding of resort real estate markets, luxury properties, and how to market lifestyle. Kristen has an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics; both achieved at the University of Colorado.

Katie Cooper

Vice President, Operations


Since 2003, Katie Cooper has been in the business of building real estate brands and working behind the scenes to enhance operations and business processes. As a former business owner and transaction manager for several Denver Real Estate Agents, Katie came to LIV SIR with a depth of knowledge about Real Estate transactions as well an extraordinary ability to understand each aspect of running a successful operation.

As Director of Business Administration, Katie performs a critical role by offering seamless administration, operational support, and project management for both LIV Sotheby's International Realty as well as Sierra Sotheby's International Realty. "It is an honor to create streamlined and operational tools for this talented group so our brokers can gain the results their clients are looking for," she states.

As project manager and tenant representative, Katie has relocated and/or designed from the ground up more than 10 offices within LIV Sotheby's International Realty and Sierra Sotheby's International Realty in Colorado, Nevada and California. She travels amongst the offices to ensure brand consistency with interior and exterior signage, ensures each location and retail space is optimized and working for both clients and broker associates and that operational excellence is occurring cross-office. Katie truly understands the importance of the image and design that clients expect from the Sotheby's International Realty brand.

Katie's ability to tackle many projects at once, identify areas for process improvement, then find effective and creative solutions to optimize results is a talent she never tires of performing. As the company has continued to grow, she has found new ways to improve the support the company offers to both support staff and broker associates within the organization.

Kim Taylor

Vice President, Relocation Services


Kim Taylor is the Vice President of Relocation Services for LIV, Sierra, and Summit Sotheby's International Realty. Managing the relocation services for each company, Kim works closely with both local corporations and national relocation management companies. She oversees a six-person relocation department and a relocation specialist team of 125 agents, assisting corporate transferees and military families who are moving into or out of the states of Colorado, Utah, Nevada and California. Kim has specialized in relocation for nearly twenty years, both as a top producing REALTOR® and in the corporate relocation sector. Her professional background also includes financial experience as Regional Branch Manager for a Detroit area bank.

Kim holds both a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Graduate REALTORS Institute® (GRI) designation, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado and Michigan Association of REALTORS®, and the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®. She is also an active member of the Relocation Directors Council, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. Kim graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a degree in marketing.

Prior to moving to Denver, Kim was a lifelong resident of Michigan and enjoyed all things water-related. Since that time, she has become a Colorado enthusiast, making frequent trips to the Rocky Mountains to bike, ski, hike and listen to live music – Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a favorite destination. She is still a passionate Michigan Wolverine football fan, but Kim has now become a Denver Broncos supporter, as well.

Steve Blank

Managing Broker, Downtown Denver


Steve's first involvement in real estate was at the age of 10 when he began his career cleaning FOR SALE signs for his father's real estate firm in Pennsylvania. Since his early 20's, after graduating from the University of Denver in 1975, he has been selling homes in Denver where he has received the Denver Board of Realtors TOP TEN award a total of six times. His passion for real estate has also carried him into management where he helped open and is the Managing Broker for the Downtown office.

Steve has enjoyed and appreciates the business of real estate, the career opportunities that it can provide, and has gained great satisfaction from helping people sell and/or find their new home. This has translated into his interest in managing a team of professional Brokers where he can learn more by teaching and assist brokers in developing and completing sales transactions. Steve has had his own Sunday real estate column in the Rocky Mountain News and most recently the Denver Post. He believes he is living in the best of both worlds...Serving his clients and helping a great team of real estate professionals.

Tim Clark

Managing Broker, Castle Pines


For more than 30 years, Tim Clark has demonstrated consistent success and leadership in the Denver real estate market. Tim has an extensive background in real estate finance, advertising, creative marketing, business planning, and negotiating. Since he became a licensed broker in 1980, Tim has expedited the closing of over 2,500 homes in Metro Denver. He has been recognized repeatedly as a top producer and has consistently ranked in the top 1% of production nationally with an annual gross sales volume in excess of 16 million dollars.

As the Managing Broker of the Castle Pines office, Tim continues his active involvement in all facets of real estate, where his record of personal achievement and proven leadership capability are instrumental in maintaining the firm’s prestigious reputation. He believes in shared values, collaboration, and teamwork with a standard of excellence that perpetually exceeds expectations and achieves the highest level of client satisfaction.

While his commitment for real estate is unwavering, Tim’s true passions remain outside of his career. With the influence of his father, a professional athlete and inductee in the Pro Football Hall of Fame as well as three older brothers, he developed a love for all sports and a competitive free spirit. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast who relishes the opportunity to golf, fish, and ski and spends much of his free time enjoying those activities with his wife.

Bob McCarroll

Managing Broker, Evergreen


Bob McCarroll’s path to management at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in Evergreen has been paved with a passion and appreciation for the rare and extraordinary – the very attributes that define the Sotheby’s brand. From masterpiece works of art to classical music to distinctive homes, Bob has spent his life – both personal and professional – as a connoisseur of things defined by originality, authenticity, or antiquity.

Prior to transitioning to a career in real estate in 1991, Bob spent 25 years conserving historic and artistic works on paper for museum collections across Canada and throughout the United States. He has restored prints, drawings, and watercolors by many of the world’s most renowned artists. Yes, such artists as Durer, Rembrandt, Degas, and Picasso to name just four. Today, Bob applies the same level of detail and attention to helping luxury home sellers and discerning home buyers understand and facilitate real estate transactions.

As a founding member and managing broker for Fuller Towne & Country Properties West, Bob is committed to ensuring that each of the 20+ brokers in the office he manages are upholding the high professional stardards of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and complying with Colorado real estate law. This requires Bob to be well-educated and up-to-date on the rules and regulations of the ever-changing world of real estate in Colorado. He is a member of two REALTOR* associations and has earned multiple advanced real estate industry designations.

On a personal note, Bob remains active in Colorado’s arts and cultural scene. He is the art gallery coordinator at Alliance Francaise de Denver and was 2017 Evergreen Arts Person of the Year. He values quiet time at his Morrison home with friends, in his garden, and with his Kerry Blue Terrier, Lady. A student of the classical guitar and alto recorder, he can easily lose track of time practicing, and believes a few hours of fly fishing on an out-of-the-way stream to be time well spent.

Dan L. Fitchett Jr.

Managing Broker, Vail Valley


Dan L Fitchett Jr. brings over 30 years of real estate experience in the resort real estate industry to his role as managing broker of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Vail/Edwards and Beaver Creek offices. His extensive experience in resort land and property sales, and development offers clients an exceptional resource in a market that requires local knowledge and experience to gain optimal results.

Dan uses his accomplished background in brokerage management and resort marketing to ensure his clients are matched with professionals who are experienced in serving their client’s specific real estate needs. Clients often rely on Dan and his brokers to discreetly act on their behalf for all phases of their real estate transactions.

Dan uses his many connections and ongoing involvement with the communities where he works and lives to keep his finger on the pulse of the issues that can affect property values and development restrictions. His team’s assistance with the comparison of the area’s many communities holds great value for clients. Having been the CEO of The Club at Cordillera, principal partner of Mt. Crested Butte projects, a variety of roles at Eagle Resort Development ranging from principal partner to management of over $400 million of real estate, has given Dan a variety of contacts helpful to his clients and team. He has also been involved in Beaver Creek Resort, Elkhorn Lodge and River Valley Ranch in development management roles.

An active civic and business participant in Denver and the Vail area, Dan has offered his time on the boards of Beaver Creek Property Owners’ Association, Vail Board of Realtors, Beaver Creek Club, and The Club at Cordillera, Urban Land Institute. He also is a past president of the Denver Athletic Club, and former member of the Denver Country Club.

Erin McDonald

Vice President, Managing Broker Boulder

Originally from Philadelphia, family drew Erin to Colorado in 1993. Over the past 25 years, she has been fortunate enough to call some of Colorado’s most beautiful places home.
Erin’s passion for homes and the housing market lead her into Real Estate in 2003. She has been a top producing agent ever since. Having gotten her license here in Denver, Erin took her talents to the Vail Valley and sold Luxury Real Estate in the mountains for 13 years before moving back to Denver in 2016.
While she is most at home in the upper end real estate markets, Erin serves clients across property types and price points. Her approach to Real Estate is one of service and education. Her years of experience enable her to create a custom strategy for each client, based on their individual needs and priorities. Erin’s extensive knowledge of market trends allows her to ensure that every individual is attentively cared for in all aspects of the real estate transaction.
She is a highly trained professional whose client base has consistently included friends, corporate executives, family, athletes, entrepreneurs and investors. Erin’s unwavering commitment to serving her clients at the highest level is one of the distinguishing elements of her business.
Erin focuses primarily on the historic neighborhoods across Denver and the southern suburbs of Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Highlands Ranch and Castle Pines.
Outside of work Erin loves travel, cooking and entertaining, hiking, running and time at the beach. She lives in Highlands Ranch with her fiancée and their two 11yr old boys.

Michael King

Director of IT


Michael King oversees LIV Sotheby’s Information Technology strategy and operations, and is responsible for keeping the company forward thinking in its digital offerings. He is extremely passionate about utilizing technology to provide the best tools and information to both clients and agents, and is dedicated to making sure LIV consistently offers the highest caliber technical service and offerings.

With two decades of experience in IT, and 15 years in leadership positions in luxury real estate sales, development and hospitality, Mike excels at seeing the “big picture” and leveraging his broad experience to expertly design and implement solutions that keep LIV at the forefront of the real estate industry.

A native Bostonian, Mike graduated from the University of Rochester before settling down in Vail, CO where he started his own technology consulting company. An opportunity manifested to lead the IT department for luxury real estate developer East West Partners and its brokerage firm Slifer, Smith & Frampton Real Estate, which led to well over a decade of success in that ultra high end real estate market, where over $2 billion in annual company sales was a regular occurrence.

Mike previously held a chair position for the 2015 World Ski Championship IT Planning Committee, regularly volunteered for the Small Champions organization, which offers outdoor activities to special needs children, and had been awarded a place among the East West Young Regent’s Group. When not adventuring with his 2 sons, Ethan and Charlie, you will find him on one of his bikes, snowboarding, attending shows at Red Rocks, or stargazing as an amateur astronomer.

Jill Rose Franklund

Director of Event Planning & Meetings

Jill Rose Franklund is a native of Boulder County, Colorado. While attending the University of Colorado in Boulder, she discovered her passion for real estate. Jill’s career spans over 20 years with experience in sales, marketing, and management of luxury residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

A former co-owner of the first Sotheby’s International Realty office on Colorado’s Front Range, Jill specialized in contract management of over $300,000,000 in total closings. Later appointed as asset manager of an international multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio, Jill oversaw the intricate day-to-day responsibilities of luxury estates, single-family rentals, and commercial properties while also establishing a functional platform for serving ultra-elite clientele worldwide. Jill proudly collaborated in the acquisition of the initial Sotheby’s International Realty franchise for Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Choosing to remain in Colorado, Jill realigned with the local Sotheby’s family and proudly serves as a Director for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, while artfully performing the planning, meetings and events for this esteemed company.

Jill is the proud mother of two daughters, Savannah and Skye, and together they spend their free time hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, riding horses and supporting many local charities statewide.
